Refund policy

All sales are final. Before placing an order, please carefully read all product descriptions and notations. The acceptance or denial of any discount or coupon codes is at our discretion. Only one discount can be applied per order, and discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders. If you need to make any changes or requests to an existing order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Any requests made outside of this timeframe will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. If you wish to change, add, or remove an item, a new order must be placed. We will accept cancellation of an order outside of the 24-hour window, as long as the original order has not been fulfilled or shipped. However, a new order must be placed by the customer.
